Sunan an-Nasa'i 4525

Arabic

أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الأَعْلَى، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدٌ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، قَالَ نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم عَنْ بَيْعِ النَّخْلِ حَتَّى يُطْعَمَ ‏.‏

Translation

It was narrated that Jabir said:"the Messenger of Allah forbade selling the fruit of date palms until they are fit to eat
