At-Tin

بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ وَالتِّينِ وَالزَّيْتُونِ

By the fig, by the olive,

وَطُورِ سِينِينَ

By Mount Sinai,

وَهَٰذَا الْبَلَدِ الْأَمِينِ

By the yonder secure city,

لَقَدْ خَلَقْنَا الْإِنْسَانَ فِي أَحْسَنِ تَقْوِيمٍ

Assuredly We have created man in goodliest mould,

ثُمَّ رَدَدْنَاهُ أَسْفَلَ سَافِلِينَ

Thereafter We cause him to return to the lowest of the low,

إِلَّا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَعَمِلُوا الصَّالِحَاتِ فَلَهُمْ أَجْرٌ غَيْرُ مَمْنُونٍ

Save those who believe and work righteous Works. Theirs shall be hire unending.

فَمَا يُكَذِّبُكَ بَعْدُ بِالدِّينِ

What hencefort shall make thee belie the Requital?

أَلَيْسَ اللَّهُ بِأَحْكَمِ الْحَاكِمِينَ

Is not Allah the Greatest of the rulers?
