Meccan • 182 Ayahs

سورة الصافات

Ayah 1 of As-Saaffaat 37:1

بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ وَٱلصَّٰٓفَّٰتِ صَفًّۭا

Wassaaaffaati saffaa

By those [angels] lined up in rows

Ayah 2 of As-Saaffaat 37:2

فَٱلزَّٰجِرَٰتِ زَجْرًۭا

Fazzaajiraati zajraa

And those who drive [the clouds]

Ayah 3 of As-Saaffaat 37:3

فَٱلتَّٰلِيَٰتِ ذِكْرًا

Fattaaliyaati Zikra

And those who recite the message,

Ayah 4 of As-Saaffaat 37:4

إِنَّ إِلَٰهَكُمْ لَوَٰحِدٌۭ

Inna Illaahakum la Waahid

Indeed, your God is One,

Ayah 5 of As-Saaffaat 37:5

رَّبُّ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ وَمَا بَيْنَهُمَا وَرَبُّ ٱلْمَشَٰرِقِ

Rabbus samaawaati wal ardi wa maa bainahumaa wa Rabbul mashaariq

Lord of the heavens and the earth and that between them and Lord of the sunrises.

Ayah 6 of As-Saaffaat 37:6

إِنَّا زَيَّنَّا ٱلسَّمَآءَ ٱلدُّنْيَا بِزِينَةٍ ٱلْكَوَاكِبِ

Innaa zaiyannas samaaa 'ad dunyaa bizeenatinil kawaakib

Indeed, We have adorned the nearest heaven with an adornment of stars

Ayah 7 of As-Saaffaat 37:7

وَحِفْظًۭا مِّن كُلِّ شَيْطَٰنٍۢ مَّارِدٍۢ

Wa hifzam min kulli Shaitaanim maarid

And as protection against every rebellious devil

Ayah 8 of As-Saaffaat 37:8

لَّا يَسَّمَّعُونَ إِلَى ٱلْمَلَإِ ٱلْأَعْلَىٰ وَيُقْذَفُونَ مِن كُلِّ جَانِبٍۢ

Laa yassamma 'oona ilal mala il a'alaa wa yuqzafoona min kulli jaanib

[So] they may not listen to the exalted assembly [of angels] and are pelted from every side,

Ayah 9 of As-Saaffaat 37:9

دُحُورًۭا ۖ وَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌۭ وَاصِبٌ

Duhooranw wa lahum 'azaabunw waasib

Repelled
and for them is a constant punishment,

Ayah 10 of As-Saaffaat 37:10

إِلَّا مَنْ خَطِفَ ٱلْخَطْفَةَ فَأَتْبَعَهُۥ شِهَابٌۭ ثَاقِبٌۭ

Illaa man khatifal khatfata fa atba'ahoo shihaabun saaqib

Except one who snatches [some words] by theft, but they are pursued by a burning flame, piercing [in brightness].

Ayah 11 of As-Saaffaat 37:11

فَٱسْتَفْتِهِمْ أَهُمْ أَشَدُّ خَلْقًا أَم مَّنْ خَلَقْنَآ ۚ إِنَّا خَلَقْنَٰهُم مِّن طِينٍۢ لَّازِبٍۭ

Fastaftihim ahum ashaddu khalqan am man khalaqnaa
innaa khalaqnaahum min teenil laazib

Then inquire of them, [O Muhammad], "Are they a stronger [or more difficult] creation or those [others] We have created?" Indeed, We created men from sticky clay.

Ayah 12 of As-Saaffaat 37:12

بَلْ عَجِبْتَ وَيَسْخَرُونَ

Bal'ajibta wa yaskharoon

But you wonder, while they mock,

Ayah 13 of As-Saaffaat 37:13

وَإِذَا ذُكِّرُوا۟ لَا يَذْكُرُونَ

Wa izaa zukkiroo laa yazkuroon

And when they are reminded, they remember not.

Ayah 14 of As-Saaffaat 37:14

وَإِذَا رَأَوْا۟ ءَايَةًۭ يَسْتَسْخِرُونَ

Wa izaa ra aw Aayatinw yastaskhiroon

And when they see a sign, they ridicule

Ayah 15 of As-Saaffaat 37:15

وَقَالُوٓا۟ إِنْ هَٰذَآ إِلَّا سِحْرٌۭ مُّبِينٌ

Wa qaalooo in haazaa illaa sihrum mubeen

And say, "This is not but obvious magic.

Ayah 16 of As-Saaffaat 37:16

أَءِذَا مِتْنَا وَكُنَّا تُرَابًۭا وَعِظَٰمًا أَءِنَّا لَمَبْعُوثُونَ

'A-izaa mitnaa wa kunnaa turaabanw wa 'izaaman 'ainnaa lamab'oosoon

When we have died and become dust and bones, are we indeed to be resurrected?

Ayah 17 of As-Saaffaat 37:17

أَوَءَابَآؤُنَا ٱلْأَوَّلُونَ

Awa aabaa'unal awwaloon

And our forefathers [as well]?"

Ayah 18 of As-Saaffaat 37:18

قُلْ نَعَمْ وَأَنتُمْ دَٰخِرُونَ

Qul na'am wa antum daakhiroon

Say, "Yes, and you will be [rendered] contemptible."

Ayah 19 of As-Saaffaat 37:19

فَإِنَّمَا هِىَ زَجْرَةٌۭ وَٰحِدَةٌۭ فَإِذَا هُمْ يَنظُرُونَ

Fa innamaa hiya zajra tunw waahidatun fa izaa hum yanzuroon

It will be only one shout, and at once they will be observing.

Ayah 20 of As-Saaffaat 37:20

وَقَالُوا۟ يَٰوَيْلَنَا هَٰذَا يَوْمُ ٱلدِّينِ

Qa qaaloo yaa wailanaa haazaa Yawmud-Deen

They will say, "O woe to us! This is the Day of Recompense."

Ayah 21 of As-Saaffaat 37:21

هَٰذَا يَوْمُ ٱلْفَصْلِ ٱلَّذِى كُنتُم بِهِۦ تُكَذِّبُونَ

Haazaa Yawmul Faslil lazee kuntum bihee tukaziboon

[They will be told], "This is the Day of Judgement which you used to deny."

Ayah 22 of As-Saaffaat 37:22

۞ ٱحْشُرُوا۟ ٱلَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوا۟ وَأَزْوَٰجَهُمْ وَمَا كَانُوا۟ يَعْبُدُونَ

Uhshurul lazeena zalamoo wa azwaajahum wa maa kaanoo ya'budoon

[The angels will be ordered], "Gather those who committed wrong, their kinds, and what they used to worship

Ayah 23 of As-Saaffaat 37:23

مِن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ فَٱهْدُوهُمْ إِلَىٰ صِرَٰطِ ٱلْجَحِيمِ

Min doonil laahi fahdoohum ilaa siraatil Jaheem

Other than Allah, and guide them to the path of Hellfire

Ayah 24 of As-Saaffaat 37:24

وَقِفُوهُمْ ۖ إِنَّهُم مَّسْـُٔولُونَ

Wa qifoohum innahum mas'ooloon

And stop them
indeed, they are to be questioned."

Ayah 25 of As-Saaffaat 37:25

مَا لَكُمْ لَا تَنَاصَرُونَ

Maa lakum laa tanaasaroon

[They will be asked], "What is [wrong] with you? Why do you not help each other?"

Ayah 26 of As-Saaffaat 37:26

بَلْ هُمُ ٱلْيَوْمَ مُسْتَسْلِمُونَ

Bal humul Yawma mustaslimoon

But they, that Day, are in surrender.

Ayah 27 of As-Saaffaat 37:27

وَأَقْبَلَ بَعْضُهُمْ عَلَىٰ بَعْضٍۢ يَتَسَآءَلُونَ

Wa aqbala ba'duhum 'alaa ba'diny yatasaaa'aloon

And they will approach one another blaming each other.

Ayah 28 of As-Saaffaat 37:28

قَالُوٓا۟ إِنَّكُمْ كُنتُمْ تَأْتُونَنَا عَنِ ٱلْيَمِينِ

Qaalooo innakum kuntum taatoonanaa 'anil yameen

They will say, "Indeed, you used to come at us from the right."

Ayah 29 of As-Saaffaat 37:29

قَالُوا۟ بَل لَّمْ تَكُونُوا۟ مُؤْمِنِينَ

Qaaloo bal lam takoonoo mu'mineen

The oppressors will say, "Rather, you [yourselves] were not believers,

Ayah 30 of As-Saaffaat 37:30

وَمَا كَانَ لَنَا عَلَيْكُم مِّن سُلْطَٰنٍۭ ۖ بَلْ كُنتُمْ قَوْمًۭا طَٰغِينَ

Wa maa kaana lanaa 'alaikum min sultaanim bal kuntum qawman taagheen

And we had over you no authority, but you were a transgressing people.

Ayah 31 of As-Saaffaat 37:31

فَحَقَّ عَلَيْنَا قَوْلُ رَبِّنَآ ۖ إِنَّا لَذَآئِقُونَ

Fahaqqa 'alainaa qawlu Rabbinaaa innaa lazaaa'iqoon

So the word of our Lord has come into effect upon us
indeed, we will taste [punishment].

Ayah 32 of As-Saaffaat 37:32

فَأَغْوَيْنَٰكُمْ إِنَّا كُنَّا غَٰوِينَ

Fa aghwainaakum innaa kunnaa ghaaween

And we led you to deviation
indeed, we were deviators."

Ayah 33 of As-Saaffaat 37:33

فَإِنَّهُمْ يَوْمَئِذٍۢ فِى ٱلْعَذَابِ مُشْتَرِكُونَ

Fa innahum Yawma'izin fil'azaabi mushtarikoon

So indeed they, that Day, will be sharing in the punishment.

Ayah 34 of As-Saaffaat 37:34

إِنَّا كَذَٰلِكَ نَفْعَلُ بِٱلْمُجْرِمِينَ

Innaa kazaalika naf'alu bil mujrimeen

Indeed, that is how We deal with the criminals.

Ayah 35 of As-Saaffaat 37:35

إِنَّهُمْ كَانُوٓا۟ إِذَا قِيلَ لَهُمْ لَآ إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا ٱللَّهُ يَسْتَكْبِرُونَ

Innahum kaanooo izaa qeela lahum laaa ilaaha illal laahu yastakbiroon

Indeed they, when it was said to them, "There is no deity but Allah," were arrogant

Ayah 36 of As-Saaffaat 37:36

وَيَقُولُونَ أَئِنَّا لَتَارِكُوٓا۟ ءَالِهَتِنَا لِشَاعِرٍۢ مَّجْنُونٍۭ

Wa yaqooloona a'innaa lataarikooo aalihatinaa lishaa'irim majnoon

And were saying, "Are we to leave our gods for a mad poet?"

Ayah 37 of As-Saaffaat 37:37

بَلْ جَآءَ بِٱلْحَقِّ وَصَدَّقَ ٱلْمُرْسَلِينَ

bal jaaa'a bilhaqqi wa saddaqal mursaleen

Rather, the Prophet has come with the truth and confirmed the [previous] messengers.

Ayah 38 of As-Saaffaat 37:38

إِنَّكُمْ لَذَآئِقُوا۟ ٱلْعَذَابِ ٱلْأَلِيمِ

Innakum lazaaa'iqul 'azaabil aleem

Indeed, you [disbelievers] will be tasters of the painful punishment,

Ayah 39 of As-Saaffaat 37:39

وَمَا تُجْزَوْنَ إِلَّا مَا كُنتُمْ تَعْمَلُونَ

Wa maa tujzawna illaa maa kuntum ta'maloon

And you will not be recompensed except for what you used to do -

Ayah 40 of As-Saaffaat 37:40

إِلَّا عِبَادَ ٱللَّهِ ٱلْمُخْلَصِينَ

Illaa 'ibaadal laahil mukhlaseen

But not the chosen servants of Allah.

Ayah 41 of As-Saaffaat 37:41

أُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ لَهُمْ رِزْقٌۭ مَّعْلُومٌۭ

Ulaaa'ika lahum rizqum ma'loom

Those will have a provision determined -

Ayah 42 of As-Saaffaat 37:42

فَوَٰكِهُ ۖ وَهُم مُّكْرَمُونَ

Fa waakihu wa hum mukramoon

Fruits
and they will be honored

Ayah 43 of As-Saaffaat 37:43

فِى جَنَّٰتِ ٱلنَّعِيمِ

Fee jannaatin Na'eem

In gardens of pleasure

Ayah 44 of As-Saaffaat 37:44

عَلَىٰ سُرُرٍۢ مُّتَقَٰبِلِينَ

'Alaa sururim mutaqaa bileen

On thrones facing one another.

Ayah 45 of As-Saaffaat 37:45

يُطَافُ عَلَيْهِم بِكَأْسٍۢ مِّن مَّعِينٍۭ

Yutaafu 'alaihim bikaasim mim ma'een

There will be circulated among them a cup [of wine] from a flowing spring,

Ayah 46 of As-Saaffaat 37:46

بَيْضَآءَ لَذَّةٍۢ لِّلشَّٰرِبِينَ

Baidaaa'a laz zatil lish shaaribeen

White and delicious to the drinkers

Ayah 47 of As-Saaffaat 37:47

لَا فِيهَا غَوْلٌۭ وَلَا هُمْ عَنْهَا يُنزَفُونَ

Laa feehaa ghawlunw wa laa hum 'anhaa yunzafoon

No bad effect is there in it, nor from it will they be intoxicated.

Ayah 48 of As-Saaffaat 37:48

وَعِندَهُمْ قَٰصِرَٰتُ ٱلطَّرْفِ عِينٌۭ

Wa 'indahum qaasiraatut tarfi 'een

And with them will be women limiting [their] glances, with large, [beautiful] eyes,

Ayah 49 of As-Saaffaat 37:49

كَأَنَّهُنَّ بَيْضٌۭ مَّكْنُونٌۭ

Ka annahunna baidum maknoon

As if they were [delicate] eggs, well-protected.

Ayah 50 of As-Saaffaat 37:50

فَأَقْبَلَ بَعْضُهُمْ عَلَىٰ بَعْضٍۢ يَتَسَآءَلُونَ

Fa aqbala ba'duhum 'alaa badiny yatasaaa 'aloon

And they will approach one another, inquiring of each other.

Ayah 51 of As-Saaffaat 37:51

قَالَ قَآئِلٌۭ مِّنْهُمْ إِنِّى كَانَ لِى قَرِينٌۭ

Qaala qaaa'ilum minhum innee kaana lee qareen

A speaker among them will say, "Indeed, I had a companion [on earth]

Ayah 52 of As-Saaffaat 37:52

يَقُولُ أَءِنَّكَ لَمِنَ ٱلْمُصَدِّقِينَ

Yaqoolu a'innnaka laminal musaddiqeen

Who would say, 'Are you indeed of those who believe

Ayah 53 of As-Saaffaat 37:53

أَءِذَا مِتْنَا وَكُنَّا تُرَابًۭا وَعِظَٰمًا أَءِنَّا لَمَدِينُونَ

'A-izaa mitnaa wa kunnaa turaabanw wa 'izaaman 'ainnaa lamadeenoon

That when we have died and become dust and bones, we will indeed be recompensed?'"

Ayah 54 of As-Saaffaat 37:54

قَالَ هَلْ أَنتُم مُّطَّلِعُونَ

Qaala hal antum muttali'oon

He will say, "Would you [care to] look?"

Ayah 55 of As-Saaffaat 37:55

فَٱطَّلَعَ فَرَءَاهُ فِى سَوَآءِ ٱلْجَحِيمِ

Fattala'a fara aahu fee sawaaa'il Jaheem

And he will look and see him in the midst of the Hellfire.

Ayah 56 of As-Saaffaat 37:56

قَالَ تَٱللَّهِ إِن كِدتَّ لَتُرْدِينِ

Qaala tallaahi in kitta laturdeen

He will say, "By Allah, you almost ruined me.

Ayah 57 of As-Saaffaat 37:57

وَلَوْلَا نِعْمَةُ رَبِّى لَكُنتُ مِنَ ٱلْمُحْضَرِينَ

Wa law laa ni'matu Rabbee lakuntu minal muhdareen

If not for the favor of my Lord, I would have been of those brought in [to Hell].

Ayah 58 of As-Saaffaat 37:58

أَفَمَا نَحْنُ بِمَيِّتِينَ

Afamaa nahnu bimaiyiteen

Then, are we not to die

Ayah 59 of As-Saaffaat 37:59

إِلَّا مَوْتَتَنَا ٱلْأُولَىٰ وَمَا نَحْنُ بِمُعَذَّبِينَ

Illa mawtatanal oola wa maa nahnu bimu'azzabeen

Except for our first death, and we will not be punished?"

Ayah 60 of As-Saaffaat 37:60

إِنَّ هَٰذَا لَهُوَ ٱلْفَوْزُ ٱلْعَظِيمُ

Inna haazaa falya'ma lil'aamiloon

Indeed, this is the great attainment.

Ayah 61 of As-Saaffaat 37:61

لِمِثْلِ هَٰذَا فَلْيَعْمَلِ ٱلْعَٰمِلُونَ

Limisli haaza falya'ma lil 'aamiloon

For the like of this let the workers [on earth] work.

Ayah 62 of As-Saaffaat 37:62

أَذَٰلِكَ خَيْرٌۭ نُّزُلًا أَمْ شَجَرَةُ ٱلزَّقُّومِ

Azaalika khairun nuzulan am shajaratuz Zaqqom

Is Paradise a better accommodation or the tree of zaqqum?

Ayah 63 of As-Saaffaat 37:63

إِنَّا جَعَلْنَٰهَا فِتْنَةًۭ لِّلظَّٰلِمِينَ

Innaa ja'alnaahaa fitnatal lizzaalimeen

Indeed, We have made it a torment for the wrongdoers.

Ayah 64 of As-Saaffaat 37:64

إِنَّهَا شَجَرَةٌۭ تَخْرُجُ فِىٓ أَصْلِ ٱلْجَحِيمِ

Innahaa shajaratun takhruju feee aslil Jaheem

Indeed, it is a tree issuing from the bottom of the Hellfire,

Ayah 65 of As-Saaffaat 37:65

طَلْعُهَا كَأَنَّهُۥ رُءُوسُ ٱلشَّيَٰطِينِ

Tal'uhaa ka annahoo ru'oosush Shayaateen

Its emerging fruit as if it was heads of the devils.

Ayah 66 of As-Saaffaat 37:66

فَإِنَّهُمْ لَءَاكِلُونَ مِنْهَا فَمَالِـُٔونَ مِنْهَا ٱلْبُطُونَ

Fa innahum la aakiloona minhaa famaali'oona minhal butoon

And indeed, they will eat from it and fill with it their bellies.

Ayah 67 of As-Saaffaat 37:67

ثُمَّ إِنَّ لَهُمْ عَلَيْهَا لَشَوْبًۭا مِّنْ حَمِيمٍۢ

Summa inna lahum 'alaihaa lashawbam min hameem

Then indeed, they will have after it a mixture of scalding water.

Ayah 68 of As-Saaffaat 37:68

ثُمَّ إِنَّ مَرْجِعَهُمْ لَإِلَى ٱلْجَحِيمِ

Summa inna marji'ahum la ilal Jaheem

Then indeed, their return will be to the Hellfire.

Ayah 69 of As-Saaffaat 37:69

إِنَّهُمْ أَلْفَوْا۟ ءَابَآءَهُمْ ضَآلِّينَ

Innahum alfaw aabaaa'ahum daaalleen

Indeed they found their fathers astray.

Ayah 70 of As-Saaffaat 37:70

فَهُمْ عَلَىٰٓ ءَاثَٰرِهِمْ يُهْرَعُونَ

Fahum 'alaa aasaarihim yuhra'oon

So they hastened [to follow] in their footsteps.

Ayah 71 of As-Saaffaat 37:71

وَلَقَدْ ضَلَّ قَبْلَهُمْ أَكْثَرُ ٱلْأَوَّلِينَ

Wa laqad dalla qablahum aksarul awwaleen

And there had already strayed before them most of the former peoples,

Ayah 72 of As-Saaffaat 37:72

وَلَقَدْ أَرْسَلْنَا فِيهِم مُّنذِرِينَ

Wa laqad arsalnaa feehim munzireen

And We had already sent among them warners.

Ayah 73 of As-Saaffaat 37:73

فَٱنظُرْ كَيْفَ كَانَ عَٰقِبَةُ ٱلْمُنذَرِينَ

Fanzur kaifa kaana 'aaqibatul munzareen

Then look how was the end of those who were warned -

Ayah 74 of As-Saaffaat 37:74

إِلَّا عِبَادَ ٱللَّهِ ٱلْمُخْلَصِينَ

Illaa 'ibaadal laahil mukhlaseen

But not the chosen servants of Allah.

Ayah 75 of As-Saaffaat 37:75

وَلَقَدْ نَادَىٰنَا نُوحٌۭ فَلَنِعْمَ ٱلْمُجِيبُونَ

Wa laqad naadaanaa Noohun falani'mal mujeeboon

And Noah had certainly called Us, and [We are] the best of responders.

Ayah 76 of As-Saaffaat 37:76

وَنَجَّيْنَٰهُ وَأَهْلَهُۥ مِنَ ٱلْكَرْبِ ٱلْعَظِيمِ

Wa jajainaahu wa ahlahoo minal karbil 'azeem

And We saved him and his family from the great affliction.

Ayah 77 of As-Saaffaat 37:77

وَجَعَلْنَا ذُرِّيَّتَهُۥ هُمُ ٱلْبَاقِينَ

Wa ja'alnaa zurriyyatahoo hummul baaqeen

And We made his descendants those remaining [on the earth]

Ayah 78 of As-Saaffaat 37:78

وَتَرَكْنَا عَلَيْهِ فِى ٱلْءَاخِرِينَ

Wa taraknaa 'alaihi fil aakhireen

And left for him [favorable mention] among later generations:

Ayah 79 of As-Saaffaat 37:79

سَلَٰمٌ عَلَىٰ نُوحٍۢ فِى ٱلْعَٰلَمِينَ

Salaamun 'alaa Noohin fil 'aalameen

"Peace upon Noah among the worlds."

Ayah 80 of As-Saaffaat 37:80

إِنَّا كَذَٰلِكَ نَجْزِى ٱلْمُحْسِنِينَ

Innaa kazaalika najzil muhsineen

Indeed, We thus reward the doers of good.

Ayah 81 of As-Saaffaat 37:81

إِنَّهُۥ مِنْ عِبَادِنَا ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ

Innahoo min 'ibaadinal mu'mineen

Indeed, he was of Our believing servants.

Ayah 82 of As-Saaffaat 37:82

ثُمَّ أَغْرَقْنَا ٱلْءَاخَرِينَ

Summa aghraqnal aakhareen

Then We drowned the disbelievers.

Ayah 83 of As-Saaffaat 37:83

۞ وَإِنَّ مِن شِيعَتِهِۦ لَإِبْرَٰهِيمَ

Wa ina min shee'atihee la Ibraaheem

And indeed, among his kind was Abraham,

Ayah 84 of As-Saaffaat 37:84

إِذْ جَآءَ رَبَّهُۥ بِقَلْبٍۢ سَلِيمٍ

Iz jaaa'a Rabbahoo bi qalbin saleem

When he came to his Lord with a sound heart

Ayah 85 of As-Saaffaat 37:85

إِذْ قَالَ لِأَبِيهِ وَقَوْمِهِۦ مَاذَا تَعْبُدُونَ

Iz qaala li abeehi wa qawmihee maazaa ta'budoon

[And] when he said to his father and his people, "What do you worship?

Ayah 86 of As-Saaffaat 37:86

أَئِفْكًا ءَالِهَةًۭ دُونَ ٱللَّهِ تُرِيدُونَ

A'ifkan aalihatan doonal laahi tureedoon

Is it falsehood [as] gods other than Allah you desire?

Ayah 87 of As-Saaffaat 37:87

فَمَا ظَنُّكُم بِرَبِّ ٱلْعَٰلَمِينَ

Famaa zannukum bi Rabbil'aalameen

Then what is your thought about the Lord of the worlds?"

Ayah 88 of As-Saaffaat 37:88

فَنَظَرَ نَظْرَةًۭ فِى ٱلنُّجُومِ

Fanazara nazratan finnujoom

And he cast a look at the stars

Ayah 89 of As-Saaffaat 37:89

فَقَالَ إِنِّى سَقِيمٌۭ

Faqaala inee saqeem

And said, "Indeed, I am [about to be] ill."

Ayah 90 of As-Saaffaat 37:90

فَتَوَلَّوْا۟ عَنْهُ مُدْبِرِينَ

Fatawallaw 'anhu mudbireen

So they turned away from him, departing.

Ayah 91 of As-Saaffaat 37:91

فَرَاغَ إِلَىٰٓ ءَالِهَتِهِمْ فَقَالَ أَلَا تَأْكُلُونَ

Faraagha ilaaa aalihatihim faqaala alaa taakuloon

Then he turned to their gods and said, "Do you not eat?

Ayah 92 of As-Saaffaat 37:92

مَا لَكُمْ لَا تَنطِقُونَ

Maa lakum laa tantiqoon

What is [wrong] with you that you do not speak?"

Ayah 93 of As-Saaffaat 37:93

فَرَاغَ عَلَيْهِمْ ضَرْبًۢا بِٱلْيَمِينِ

Faraagha 'alaihim darbam bilyameen

And he turned upon them a blow with [his] right hand.

Ayah 94 of As-Saaffaat 37:94

فَأَقْبَلُوٓا۟ إِلَيْهِ يَزِفُّونَ

Fa aqbalooo ilaihi yaziffoon

Then the people came toward him, hastening.

Ayah 95 of As-Saaffaat 37:95

قَالَ أَتَعْبُدُونَ مَا تَنْحِتُونَ

Qaala ata'budoona maa tanhitoon

He said, "Do you worship that which you [yourselves] carve,

Ayah 96 of As-Saaffaat 37:96

وَٱللَّهُ خَلَقَكُمْ وَمَا تَعْمَلُونَ

Wallaahu khalaqakum wa maa ta'maloon

While Allah created you and that which you do?"

Ayah 97 of As-Saaffaat 37:97

قَالُوا۟ ٱبْنُوا۟ لَهُۥ بُنْيَٰنًۭا فَأَلْقُوهُ فِى ٱلْجَحِيمِ

Qaalub noo lahoo bun yaanan fa alqoohu fil jaheem

They said, "Construct for him a furnace and throw him into the burning fire."

Ayah 98 of As-Saaffaat 37:98

فَأَرَادُوا۟ بِهِۦ كَيْدًۭا فَجَعَلْنَٰهُمُ ٱلْأَسْفَلِينَ

Fa araadoo bihee kaidan faja 'alnaahumul asfaleen

And they intended for him a plan, but We made them the most debased.

Ayah 99 of As-Saaffaat 37:99

وَقَالَ إِنِّى ذَاهِبٌ إِلَىٰ رَبِّى سَيَهْدِينِ

Wa qaala innee zaahibun ilaa Rabbee sa yahdeen

And [then] he said, "Indeed, I will go to [where I am ordered by] my Lord
He will guide me.

Ayah 100 of As-Saaffaat 37:100

رَبِّ هَبْ لِى مِنَ ٱلصَّٰلِحِينَ

Rabbi hab lee minas saaliheen

My Lord, grant me [a child] from among the righteous."

Ayah 101 of As-Saaffaat 37:101

فَبَشَّرْنَٰهُ بِغُلَٰمٍ حَلِيمٍۢ

Fabashsharnaahu bighulaamin haleem

So We gave him good tidings of a forbearing boy.

Ayah 102 of As-Saaffaat 37:102

فَلَمَّا بَلَغَ مَعَهُ ٱلسَّعْىَ قَالَ يَٰبُنَىَّ إِنِّىٓ أَرَىٰ فِى ٱلْمَنَامِ أَنِّىٓ أَذْبَحُكَ فَٱنظُرْ مَاذَا تَرَىٰ ۚ قَالَ يَٰٓأَبَتِ ٱفْعَلْ مَا تُؤْمَرُ ۖ سَتَجِدُنِىٓ إِن شَآءَ ٱللَّهُ مِنَ ٱلصَّٰبِرِينَ

Falamma balagha ma'a hus sa'ya qaala yaa buniya inneee araa fil manaami anneee azbahuka fanzur maazaa taraa
qaala yaaa abatif 'al maa tu'maru satajidunee in shaaa'allaahu minas saabireen

And when he reached with him [the age of] exertion, he said, "O my son, indeed I have seen in a dream that I [must] sacrifice you, so see what you think." He said, "O my father, do as you are commanded. You will find me, if Allah wills, of the steadfast."

Ayah 103 of As-Saaffaat 37:103

فَلَمَّآ أَسْلَمَا وَتَلَّهُۥ لِلْجَبِينِ

Falammaaa aslamaa wa tallahoo liljabeen

And when they had both submitted and he put him down upon his forehead,

Ayah 104 of As-Saaffaat 37:104

وَنَٰدَيْنَٰهُ أَن يَٰٓإِبْرَٰهِيمُ

Wa naadainaahu ai yaaaa Ibraheem

We called to him, "O Abraham,

Ayah 105 of As-Saaffaat 37:105

قَدْ صَدَّقْتَ ٱلرُّءْيَآ ۚ إِنَّا كَذَٰلِكَ نَجْزِى ٱلْمُحْسِنِينَ

Qad saddaqtar ru'yaa
innaa kazaalika najzil muhsineen

You have fulfilled the vision." Indeed, We thus reward the doers of good.

Ayah 106 of As-Saaffaat 37:106

إِنَّ هَٰذَا لَهُوَ ٱلْبَلَٰٓؤُا۟ ٱلْمُبِينُ

Inna haazaa lahuwal balaaa'ul mubeen

Indeed, this was the clear trial.

Ayah 107 of As-Saaffaat 37:107

وَفَدَيْنَٰهُ بِذِبْحٍ عَظِيمٍۢ

Wa fadainaahu bizibhin 'azeem

And We ransomed him with a great sacrifice,

Ayah 108 of As-Saaffaat 37:108

وَتَرَكْنَا عَلَيْهِ فِى ٱلْءَاخِرِينَ

Wa taraknaa 'alaihi fil aakhireen

And We left for him [favorable mention] among later generations:

Ayah 109 of As-Saaffaat 37:109

سَلَٰمٌ عَلَىٰٓ إِبْرَٰهِيمَ

Salaamun 'alaaa Ibraaheem

"Peace upon Abraham."

Ayah 110 of As-Saaffaat 37:110

كَذَٰلِكَ نَجْزِى ٱلْمُحْسِنِينَ

Kazaalika najzil muhsineen

Indeed, We thus reward the doers of good.

Ayah 111 of As-Saaffaat 37:111

إِنَّهُۥ مِنْ عِبَادِنَا ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ

Innahoo min 'ibaadinal mu'mineen

Indeed, he was of Our believing servants.

Ayah 112 of As-Saaffaat 37:112

وَبَشَّرْنَٰهُ بِإِسْحَٰقَ نَبِيًّۭا مِّنَ ٱلصَّٰلِحِينَ

Wa bashsharnaahu bi Ishaaqa Nabiyayam minas saaliheen

And We gave him good tidings of Isaac, a prophet from among the righteous.

Ayah 113 of As-Saaffaat 37:113

وَبَٰرَكْنَا عَلَيْهِ وَعَلَىٰٓ إِسْحَٰقَ ۚ وَمِن ذُرِّيَّتِهِمَا مُحْسِنٌۭ وَظَالِمٌۭ لِّنَفْسِهِۦ مُبِينٌۭ

Wa baaraknaa 'alaihi wa 'alaaa Ishaaq
wa min zurriyya tihimaa muhsinunw wa zaalimul linafshihee mubeen

And We blessed him and Isaac. But among their descendants is the doer of good and the clearly unjust to himself.

Ayah 114 of As-Saaffaat 37:114

وَلَقَدْ مَنَنَّا عَلَىٰ مُوسَىٰ وَهَٰرُونَ

Wa laqad mananna alaa Moosaa wa Haaroon

And We did certainly confer favor upon Moses and Aaron.

Ayah 115 of As-Saaffaat 37:115

وَنَجَّيْنَٰهُمَا وَقَوْمَهُمَا مِنَ ٱلْكَرْبِ ٱلْعَظِيمِ

Wa najjainaahumaa wa qawmahumaa minal karbil 'azeem

And We saved them and their people from the great affliction,

Ayah 116 of As-Saaffaat 37:116

وَنَصَرْنَٰهُمْ فَكَانُوا۟ هُمُ ٱلْغَٰلِبِينَ

Wa nasarnaahum fakaanoo humul ghaalibeen

And We supported them so it was they who overcame.

Ayah 117 of As-Saaffaat 37:117

وَءَاتَيْنَٰهُمَا ٱلْكِتَٰبَ ٱلْمُسْتَبِينَ

Wa aatainaahumal Kitaabal mustabeen

And We gave them the explicit Scripture,

Ayah 118 of As-Saaffaat 37:118

وَهَدَيْنَٰهُمَا ٱلصِّرَٰطَ ٱلْمُسْتَقِيمَ

Wa hadainaahumus Siraatal Mustaqeem

And We guided them on the straight path.

Ayah 119 of As-Saaffaat 37:119

وَتَرَكْنَا عَلَيْهِمَا فِى ٱلْءَاخِرِينَ

Wa taraknaa 'alaihimaa fil aakhireen

And We left for them [favorable mention] among later generations:

Ayah 120 of As-Saaffaat 37:120

سَلَٰمٌ عَلَىٰ مُوسَىٰ وَهَٰرُونَ

Salaamun 'alaa Moosaa wa Haaroon

"Peace upon Moses and Aaron."

Ayah 121 of As-Saaffaat 37:121

إِنَّا كَذَٰلِكَ نَجْزِى ٱلْمُحْسِنِينَ

Innaa kazaalika najzil muhsineen

Indeed, We thus reward the doers of good.

Ayah 122 of As-Saaffaat 37:122

إِنَّهُمَا مِنْ عِبَادِنَا ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ

Innahumaa min 'ibaadinal mu'mineen

Indeed, they were of Our believing servants.

Ayah 123 of As-Saaffaat 37:123

وَإِنَّ إِلْيَاسَ لَمِنَ ٱلْمُرْسَلِينَ

Wa inna Ilyaasa laminal mursaleen

And indeed, Elias was from among the messengers,

Ayah 124 of As-Saaffaat 37:124

إِذْ قَالَ لِقَوْمِهِۦٓ أَلَا تَتَّقُونَ

Iz qaala liqawmiheee alaa tattaqoon

When he said to his people, "Will you not fear Allah?

Ayah 125 of As-Saaffaat 37:125

أَتَدْعُونَ بَعْلًۭا وَتَذَرُونَ أَحْسَنَ ٱلْخَٰلِقِينَ

Atad'oona Ba'lanw wa tazaroona ahsanal khaaliqeen

Do you call upon Ba'l and leave the best of creators -

Ayah 126 of As-Saaffaat 37:126

ٱللَّهَ رَبَّكُمْ وَرَبَّ ءَابَآئِكُمُ ٱلْأَوَّلِينَ

Allaaha Rabbakum wa Rabba aabaaa'ikumul awwaleen

Allah, your Lord and the Lord of your first forefathers?"

Ayah 127 of As-Saaffaat 37:127

فَكَذَّبُوهُ فَإِنَّهُمْ لَمُحْضَرُونَ

Fakazzaboohu fa inna hum lamuhdaroon

And they denied him, so indeed, they will be brought [for punishment],

Ayah 128 of As-Saaffaat 37:128

إِلَّا عِبَادَ ٱللَّهِ ٱلْمُخْلَصِينَ

Illaa 'ibaadal laahil mukhlaseen

Except the chosen servants of Allah.

Ayah 129 of As-Saaffaat 37:129

وَتَرَكْنَا عَلَيْهِ فِى ٱلْءَاخِرِينَ

Wa taraknaa 'alaihi fil aakhireen

And We left for him [favorable mention] among later generations:

Ayah 130 of As-Saaffaat 37:130

سَلَٰمٌ عَلَىٰٓ إِلْ يَاسِينَ

Salaamun 'alaaa Ilyaaseen

"Peace upon Elias."

Ayah 131 of As-Saaffaat 37:131

إِنَّا كَذَٰلِكَ نَجْزِى ٱلْمُحْسِنِينَ

Innaa kazaalika najzil muhsineen

Indeed, We thus reward the doers of good.

Ayah 132 of As-Saaffaat 37:132

إِنَّهُۥ مِنْ عِبَادِنَا ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ

Innahoo min 'ibaadinal mu'mineen

Indeed, he was of Our believing servants.

Ayah 133 of As-Saaffaat 37:133

وَإِنَّ لُوطًۭا لَّمِنَ ٱلْمُرْسَلِينَ

Wa inna Lootal laminal mursaleen

And indeed, Lot was among the messengers.

Ayah 134 of As-Saaffaat 37:134

إِذْ نَجَّيْنَٰهُ وَأَهْلَهُۥٓ أَجْمَعِينَ

Iz najjainaahu wa ahlahooo ajma'een

[So mention] when We saved him and his family, all,

Ayah 135 of As-Saaffaat 37:135

إِلَّا عَجُوزًۭا فِى ٱلْغَٰبِرِينَ

Illaa 'ajoozan fil ghaabireen

Except his wife among those who remained [with the evildoers].

Ayah 136 of As-Saaffaat 37:136

ثُمَّ دَمَّرْنَا ٱلْءَاخَرِينَ

Summa dammarnal aakhareen

Then We destroyed the others.

Ayah 137 of As-Saaffaat 37:137

وَإِنَّكُمْ لَتَمُرُّونَ عَلَيْهِم مُّصْبِحِينَ

Wa innakum latamurroona 'alaihim musbiheen

And indeed, you pass by them in the morning

Ayah 138 of As-Saaffaat 37:138

وَبِٱلَّيْلِ ۗ أَفَلَا تَعْقِلُونَ

Wa billail
afalaa ta'qiloon

And at night. Then will you not use reason?

Ayah 139 of As-Saaffaat 37:139

وَإِنَّ يُونُسَ لَمِنَ ٱلْمُرْسَلِينَ

Wa inna Yoonusa laminal mursaleen

And indeed, Jonah was among the messengers.

Ayah 140 of As-Saaffaat 37:140

إِذْ أَبَقَ إِلَى ٱلْفُلْكِ ٱلْمَشْحُونِ

Iz abaqa ilal fulkil mash hoon

[Mention] when he ran away to the laden ship.

Ayah 141 of As-Saaffaat 37:141

فَسَاهَمَ فَكَانَ مِنَ ٱلْمُدْحَضِينَ

Fasaahama fakaana minal mudhadeen

And he drew lots and was among the losers.

Ayah 142 of As-Saaffaat 37:142

فَٱلْتَقَمَهُ ٱلْحُوتُ وَهُوَ مُلِيمٌۭ

Faltaqamahul hootu wa huwa muleem

Then the fish swallowed him, while he was blameworthy.

Ayah 143 of As-Saaffaat 37:143

فَلَوْلَآ أَنَّهُۥ كَانَ مِنَ ٱلْمُسَبِّحِينَ

Falaw laaa annahoo kaana minal musabbiheen

And had he not been of those who exalt Allah,

Ayah 144 of As-Saaffaat 37:144

لَلَبِثَ فِى بَطْنِهِۦٓ إِلَىٰ يَوْمِ يُبْعَثُونَ

Lalabisa fee batniheee ilaa Yawmi yub'asoon

He would have remained inside its belly until the Day they are resurrected.

Ayah 145 of As-Saaffaat 37:145

۞ فَنَبَذْنَٰهُ بِٱلْعَرَآءِ وَهُوَ سَقِيمٌۭ

Fanabaznaahu bil'araaa'i wa huwa saqeem

But We threw him onto the open shore while he was ill.

Ayah 146 of As-Saaffaat 37:146

وَأَنۢبَتْنَا عَلَيْهِ شَجَرَةًۭ مِّن يَقْطِينٍۢ

Wa ambatnaa 'alaihi shajaratam mai yaqteen

And We caused to grow over him a gourd vine.

Ayah 147 of As-Saaffaat 37:147

وَأَرْسَلْنَٰهُ إِلَىٰ مِا۟ئَةِ أَلْفٍ أَوْ يَزِيدُونَ

Wa arsalnaahu ilaa mi'ati alfin aw yazeedoon

And We sent him to [his people of] a hundred thousand or more.

Ayah 148 of As-Saaffaat 37:148

فَـَٔامَنُوا۟ فَمَتَّعْنَٰهُمْ إِلَىٰ حِينٍۢ

Fa aamanoo famatta' naahum ilaa heen

And they believed, so We gave them enjoyment [of life] for a time.

Ayah 149 of As-Saaffaat 37:149

فَٱسْتَفْتِهِمْ أَلِرَبِّكَ ٱلْبَنَاتُ وَلَهُمُ ٱلْبَنُونَ

Fastaftihim ali Rabbikal banaatu wa lahumul banoon

So inquire of them, [O Muhammad], "Does your Lord have daughters while they have sons?

Ayah 150 of As-Saaffaat 37:150

أَمْ خَلَقْنَا ٱلْمَلَٰٓئِكَةَ إِنَٰثًۭا وَهُمْ شَٰهِدُونَ

Am khalaqnal malaaa'i kata inaasanw wa hm shaahidoon

Or did We create the angels as females while they were witnesses?"

Ayah 151 of As-Saaffaat 37:151

أَلَآ إِنَّهُم مِّنْ إِفْكِهِمْ لَيَقُولُونَ

Alaaa innahum min ifkihim la yaqooloon

Unquestionably, it is out of their [invented] falsehood that they say,

Ayah 152 of As-Saaffaat 37:152

وَلَدَ ٱللَّهُ وَإِنَّهُمْ لَكَٰذِبُونَ

Waladal laahu wa innhum lakaaziboon

" Allah has begotten," and indeed, they are liars.

Ayah 153 of As-Saaffaat 37:153

أَصْطَفَى ٱلْبَنَاتِ عَلَى ٱلْبَنِينَ

Astafal banaati 'alal baneen

Has He chosen daughters over sons?

Ayah 154 of As-Saaffaat 37:154

مَا لَكُمْ كَيْفَ تَحْكُمُونَ

Maa lakum kaifa tahkumoon

What is [wrong] with you? How do you make judgement?

Ayah 155 of As-Saaffaat 37:155

أَفَلَا تَذَكَّرُونَ

Afalaa tazakkaroon

Then will you not be reminded?

Ayah 156 of As-Saaffaat 37:156

أَمْ لَكُمْ سُلْطَٰنٌۭ مُّبِينٌۭ

Am lakum sultaanum mubeen

Or do you have a clear authority?

Ayah 157 of As-Saaffaat 37:157

فَأْتُوا۟ بِكِتَٰبِكُمْ إِن كُنتُمْ صَٰدِقِينَ

Faatoo bi Kitaabikum in kuntum saadiqeen

Then produce your scripture, if you should be truthful.

Ayah 158 of As-Saaffaat 37:158

وَجَعَلُوا۟ بَيْنَهُۥ وَبَيْنَ ٱلْجِنَّةِ نَسَبًۭا ۚ وَلَقَدْ عَلِمَتِ ٱلْجِنَّةُ إِنَّهُمْ لَمُحْضَرُونَ

Wa ja'aloo bainahoo wa bainal jinnati nasabaa
wa laqad 'alimatil jinnatu innahum lamuhdaroon

And they have claimed between Him and the jinn a lineage, but the jinn have already known that they [who made such claims] will be brought to [punishment].

Ayah 159 of As-Saaffaat 37:159

سُبْحَٰنَ ٱللَّهِ عَمَّا يَصِفُونَ

Subhaanal laahi 'ammaa yasifoon

Exalted is Allah above what they describe,

Ayah 160 of As-Saaffaat 37:160

إِلَّا عِبَادَ ٱللَّهِ ٱلْمُخْلَصِينَ

Illaa 'ibaadal laahil mukhlaseen

Except the chosen servants of Allah [who do not share in that sin].

Ayah 161 of As-Saaffaat 37:161

فَإِنَّكُمْ وَمَا تَعْبُدُونَ

Fa innakum wa maa ta'ubdoon

So indeed, you [disbelievers] and whatever you worship,

Ayah 162 of As-Saaffaat 37:162

مَآ أَنتُمْ عَلَيْهِ بِفَٰتِنِينَ

Maaa antum 'alaihi befaaatineen

You cannot tempt [anyone] away from Him

Ayah 163 of As-Saaffaat 37:163

إِلَّا مَنْ هُوَ صَالِ ٱلْجَحِيمِ

Illaa man huwa saalil jaheem

Except he who is to [enter and] burn in the Hellfire.

Ayah 164 of As-Saaffaat 37:164

وَمَا مِنَّآ إِلَّا لَهُۥ مَقَامٌۭ مَّعْلُومٌۭ

Wa maa minnasa illaa lahoo maqaamum ma'loom

[The angels say], "There is not among us any except that he has a known position.

Ayah 165 of As-Saaffaat 37:165

وَإِنَّا لَنَحْنُ ٱلصَّآفُّونَ

Wa innaa llanah nus saaffoon

And indeed, we are those who line up [for prayer].

Ayah 166 of As-Saaffaat 37:166

وَإِنَّا لَنَحْنُ ٱلْمُسَبِّحُونَ

Wa innaa lanah nul musabbihoon

And indeed, we are those who exalt Allah."

Ayah 167 of As-Saaffaat 37:167

وَإِن كَانُوا۟ لَيَقُولُونَ

Wa in kaanoo la yaqooloon

And indeed, the disbelievers used to say,

Ayah 168 of As-Saaffaat 37:168

لَوْ أَنَّ عِندَنَا ذِكْرًۭا مِّنَ ٱلْأَوَّلِينَ

Law anna 'indana zikram minal awwaleen

"If we had a message from [those of] the former peoples,

Ayah 169 of As-Saaffaat 37:169

لَكُنَّا عِبَادَ ٱللَّهِ ٱلْمُخْلَصِينَ

Lakunna 'ibaadal laahil mukhlaseen

We would have been the chosen servants of Allah."

Ayah 170 of As-Saaffaat 37:170

فَكَفَرُوا۟ بِهِۦ ۖ فَسَوْفَ يَعْلَمُونَ

Fakafaroo bihee fasawfa ya'lamoon

But they disbelieved in it, so they are going to know.

Ayah 171 of As-Saaffaat 37:171

وَلَقَدْ سَبَقَتْ كَلِمَتُنَا لِعِبَادِنَا ٱلْمُرْسَلِينَ

Wa laqad sabaqat Kalimatunaa li'ibaadinal mursa leen

And Our word has already preceded for Our servants, the messengers,

Ayah 172 of As-Saaffaat 37:172

إِنَّهُمْ لَهُمُ ٱلْمَنصُورُونَ

Innaa hum lahumul mansooroon

[That] indeed, they would be those given victory

Ayah 173 of As-Saaffaat 37:173

وَإِنَّ جُندَنَا لَهُمُ ٱلْغَٰلِبُونَ

Wa inna jundana lahumul ghaaliboon

And [that] indeed, Our soldiers will be those who overcome.

Ayah 174 of As-Saaffaat 37:174

فَتَوَلَّ عَنْهُمْ حَتَّىٰ حِينٍۢ

Fatawalla 'anhum hatta heen

So, [O Muhammad], leave them for a time.

Ayah 175 of As-Saaffaat 37:175

وَأَبْصِرْهُمْ فَسَوْفَ يُبْصِرُونَ

Wa absirhum fasawfa yubsiroon

And see [what will befall] them, for they are going to see.

Ayah 176 of As-Saaffaat 37:176

أَفَبِعَذَابِنَا يَسْتَعْجِلُونَ

Afabi'azaabinaa yasta'jiloon

Then for Our punishment are they impatient?

Ayah 177 of As-Saaffaat 37:177

فَإِذَا نَزَلَ بِسَاحَتِهِمْ فَسَآءَ صَبَاحُ ٱلْمُنذَرِينَ

Fa izaa nazala bisaahatihim fasaaa'a sabaahul munzareen

But when it descends in their territory, then evil is the morning of those who were warned.

Ayah 178 of As-Saaffaat 37:178

وَتَوَلَّ عَنْهُمْ حَتَّىٰ حِينٍۢ

Wa tawalla 'anhum hattaa heen

And leave them for a time.

Ayah 179 of As-Saaffaat 37:179

وَأَبْصِرْ فَسَوْفَ يُبْصِرُونَ

Wa absir fasawfa yubsiroon

And see, for they are going to see.

Ayah 180 of As-Saaffaat 37:180

سُبْحَٰنَ رَبِّكَ رَبِّ ٱلْعِزَّةِ عَمَّا يَصِفُونَ

Subhaana Rabbika Rabbil 'izzati 'amma yasifoon

Exalted is your Lord, the Lord of might, above what they describe.

Ayah 181 of As-Saaffaat 37:181

وَسَلَٰمٌ عَلَى ٱلْمُرْسَلِينَ

Wa salaamun 'alalmursaleen

And peace upon the messengers.

Ayah 182 of As-Saaffaat 37:182

وَٱلْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ ٱلْعَٰلَمِينَ

Walhamdu lillaahi Rabbil 'aalameen

And praise to Allah, Lord of the worlds.
